Please could anyone help?
I am about to buy a PDA with Tom Tom 5 that will also give me live traffic updates via GPRS. The o2 XDA 2i on a data tariff seems the ideal choice, is this true? I have heard that O2 are about to upgrade the product range so I am concerned that I may buy a product that may soon be out of date. Also are there any better devices that will do the same job as I also neen e-mail and diary functions on the move.

Thanks in advance.

the xda2i does have some bugs init if you can hang on go for the exec when it comes out in a couple of months if you cant wait id go for xda2s i have an 2i myself and have no problems with it if your hearts is set on the 2i then go for a bluetooth gps and run the processor at full speed ie turbo mode this should stop any lock ups when using tt5 as some members ahave reported

I use a IIs unit from O2 - its not been without problems but it works just great, with none of the hangups reported with the IIi units. The new unit from O2 has been linked from this site but I couldn't find it (previous post by someone else) and it showed the device off at a development / nearly ready stage, only problem is you won't know how stable the platorm will be until its out there in use - Mike
