Medion "PNA"100 and Navigator 5

I am trying to understand how i go about getting and using more POI's into nav5. i have visited Navigating for POI-Warner but it seems to be uncompatible with my version for Medion.

I don't truly understand the way it works as far as file structures and if you can work around medions files.

Has anyone else got v.5 and currently using any POI software-workarounds.
