TTN3 to TTN5 Upgrade - How long for delivery?

I ordered TTN5 upgrade from tomtom.com last week.

I checked my order status and it say Authorised and Warehouse.

The website says delivery could be upto 5 weeks! Is delivery really this bad? Can anyone that has recently received an upgrade confirm how long their order took?

I ordered mine on 10th July, was delivered on 27th July
