Is it possible to change my screen so it says next turn in meters and not yards all my voices are in meters and my distance in miles

You can change the way the distances are shown:

Goto Change Preferences/Set Units and click the Kilometres box.

This will then display your distances in Kilometres and Metres including the speed you are travelling at.

Alternatively, you could download a voice which talks in yards.
