Some people have not set their time correctly in their profile. As a consequence the new server seems to be ordering the threads according to the time set, rather than the time received. A couple of the threads appear to be jumbled, ie the answer to a question appearing to have been sent before the question was asked!
The old server used to order contributions as they were received

The new server will get the order correct. There was a period of about 6 hours when the server time was incorrect. This resulted in the strange timeings you are seeing when I made the server clock correct. Everything should runn off GMT, adjusting the timezone will only adjust the times shown locally on your browser.
