request for info from TomTom700 users

My ladyfriend is considering selling her tom tom go, and buying a tom tom 700. I've read the info about it but still have a couple of questions. So, if you would be so kind, can anyone tell me

1) does the unit come with a lead etc, so that you can back up the hard drive to a PC?

2) is it the same method as the (Tom Tom go) to add speed cams, except adding them to the hard drive instead of an SD card?

3) It seems the unit comes with full maps of europe. Is this equivalent to all the seperate country map cards that you could buy for the 'go', or is it just like the 'major roads of europe'

Get the 700.

It has a lead.

The software is exactly the same as the old GO.

The maps are unique to the 700 - all the detail of Western Europe in one map. Not the separate country maps. Not the main roads only.

Just the whole of Western Europe door to door, full detail in one map.

But you only get the 27 PoI categories for the whole of Europe instead of per map/country. Said to be increased at the next software upgrade.
