PALM T5 and TomTom5 - No voices and no maps

To use only one SD card I have copy (via card reader) my sd TT5 card ot my new 1gb card. When I enter the card in my Palm T5 tomtom run and ask me for languaje some config, items and ... voices selection appears inactive and then a message saying "no maps found!". I have the map of Iberia and carary Islands in the card.
Any help to put this thing working? Thank you all.
