Having trouble connecting blue tooth phone to tomtom 500

Hi there

My tomtom will not find my phone although it id bluetooth i have been told to go to the tomtom site to register it to my tomtom 500 but i cant find where i would do this, can any one help?

What phone have you got?

Have you looked on the TomTom website to see if your phone will work with the device you have?

What do you mean by id Bluettoth?

Have you made your phone discoverable by the 500?

You don't need to register the phone?

Please provide more info then you can be helped more.

thanks for reply i since found a list of compatable phones and mine is not compatable.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
