Installing/settimg up CheckPOInt

I am in the process of installing CheckPOInt, i have followed the instruction found on this forum/website. But have run into problems..
In the instructions:
"7 . Select one of the overlays and press the Properties button to change the settings for the selected overlay. For each overlay you can set a number of options. Select the POCKETGPS_UK_SC.ov2 for the PocketPC UK safety camera database. "

I can't seem to able to get properties button to work,, there is folder that appears "not synchorised"

Can anyone help/shed any light?

Just tap the + next to the folder, it will then expand and show you what poi's you have loaded to the map folder (presuming you are using TT3), then you just high-light each one and configure it.
