Tom Tom Navigator 5 and outlook intergration

I have just installed Tom Tom 5 and can't navigate to from contacts on my Ipaq 4150. On tom tom 3 I just held the pointer on a contact and the option to navigate to came up. But it is not there in tom tom 5. Any ideas out to get this feature working.

Hi there

Open up your explorer you will find two files in the TomTom Install CD
directory called pimaddin.ini and pimaddin.cab.

Copy these two files to the \program files\navigator directory of your
pocket pc and execute the cab file. You will now see two new options
in your contact menu: "Navigate to..." and "Show address on map..."
