Mio 168 lock with TT5

I'm using a TT5 with a Mio 168, every now and then when I switch the unit on it locks with a black screen with faint lines from top-bottom. A soft-reset sorts it out.

This only started happening after installing TT5, it has never done it before. I always exit out of TT before turning off the Mio, so I dont know if it's caused by a memory leak or something. Anyone else with a Mio experienced this??

It still happens with TT5.1....
