No Sat fix with WIRED Tom Tom GPS & TTN5

I am having problems, I cant get a fix with TTN5 on the satelites. I am using an 02 XDA II with the genuine Tom Tom wired GPS.

Satelites show up but I dont get a fix on them (they stay grey not blue) It's driving me nuts.

Tried wiping the whole phone and re-installing TTN3 and now that wont work either.

Why cant Tom Tom even get the program to work with there own GPS.

I know other users are having probs with Bluetooth GPS receivers but this is the Original Wired Tom Tom GPS.

Can someone please help cause I'm stuffed without it.

Use Winfast Navigator to switch your receiver to NMEA mode.
