Safety Speed Setting on TTN5

I am being dumb as I cannot find the Safety Speed setting option in TTN5 (The one that blacks the screen out except for the next turn when you are going over a defined speed)

I remember reading about it on the review saying that it was better then the one in TTN3.

Select: Change Preferences>Turn off map display>Above certain speed
