Import saved autoroute map in Tom Tom, possible ??

Firstly be gentle with me as I'm new to the Tom Tom and still getting the hang of it !!
I've done a quick search and not managed to find the answer if its possible to import a saved route that I like to drive on from MS autoroute into my Tom Tom.
File is saved as a .AXE, and I had to use POI's to force autoroute to go down certain roads.
If its possible to import this in to Tom Tom, how would I access this ?

It is possible to convert from .axe to .ov2 by using a program called POIConverter.
