Low position refresh rate!

Hi everybody, i 've a problem with ozi ce and my hp2110 with tomtom BT gps receiver, the refresh position rate on my dysplay is very slow about every 15 second.
Now i' ve controll the Nmea input windows and i see that the information from satellite arrive every second.
Can you help me?

There is a setting for how often to refresh the screen in moving map.
On the menu select: File - Configuration - Moving Map
then on the Operation tab look at the Screen Update setting.
By default it's set to 2 seconds, which is where I've left it and it runs fine on my 2210.
