Can I use ov2 type POI files on my Go 300?

(Is there any possibility I will kill it if I mess around too much? I've copied my SD card to PC, so I am assuming that if I stuff it up I can just wipe the card and copy the contents back from PC? )

Yes - ov2 is the type which the TT300 uses.
