After reading the TT Go & Traffic report, I wondered if anyone was running TT5 with Traffic and knew how much the GPRS was costing them either in terms of mB or £'s.

It's difficult to estimate really, it all depends on how often you use it, how far you are travelling and how often you've set it to update on the journey.
I just did a traffic update test on a 250 mile journey and it used 4kb, but there were only two traffic problems on the route. So you could probably says it's about 2kb per traffic problem, so about 500 problems would equal 1mb. _________________ Nokia 6600 running TT Mobile 5.0 |

I don't know very much about GPRS, but presumably it has to keep connecting to the server to ensure there are no traffic problems?
Sounds like that data can't be very much!
Thanks

With GPRS you only pay for the amount of data transferred rather than the connection itself. _________________ Nokia 6600 running TT Mobile 5.0 |

With daily use and a 45 mile round trip, set to update every 10 mins. I never used more than 3MB per month... |
