Destinator 3 & speed camera/trap warning

I have acer n35 using destinator 3. I would like to be able to get speed camera & trap warnings. I have read the post in this forums.. but they are beoynd me.. Can anyone please provide with a idiot guides/go step by step how i go about doing this?
