TomTom 5 Manual Voice Install

I got the Dell X51v and installed TomTom 5 manually.. I got the GPS and everything is working fine. Just dont know how to get the voice to install manually.. Can someone tell me how to get the voice work??
I tried by installing a .cab file from the voice folder but Tomtom 5 is not recognizing...

unpack the dataxx.chk and the vif file from the CAB and then copy the pair into the program folder or into the \Storage Card\VOICES folder
