Dead Navman 510 Battery - Replacement?

My wifes Navman 510 LI-Battery just died. Does anyone know where I can get a new one or if Navman will replace it. Its in a 1 year warranty period. I've tried to email Navman on the subject but their webpage won't let me submit it.

Any Help would be awsome.

Yeap... thats that one. When I went to submit it always say something was left out. But it was filled in fully.

I'll try email the other link. Any other advise would be wonderful.

Tech support isn't helping =(

They keep tilling me to take it back to the place I got it. But its out side of return policy and they don't have any left. Its well under a year atleast so navman should fix it.
