putting european maps on a Medion PNA 100 Pocket PC/GPS

Hi i just go a Medion PNA 100 Pocket PC/GPS today really impresed with it so far. i am heading to france this weekend , It came with a full european maps but i am having trouble installing them. The french maps are the most important at the moment to me. can any one provide a step by step guide to putting them on as the instructions are a bit useless well at least to me they are. Thanks alot.
