PROBLEMS with totalpda / totalGPS

I purchased a Tomtom Go 300 from total gps or totalpda on the right hand side of this web site and the screen has become fuzzy, they are not willing to change it for me and tomtom are saying that within 30 days it is the retailers responsibility to replace it.

What can I do to get this replaced, I do not want to wait 30 days as this has been faulty from day 1 and I was told that the screen would be fine with use as it was a new product.

I can post pictures of the screen if anyone has had the same problem and can help me as it is currenly unusable.

Fault description
order number or account reference.
