I have owned the software for 3 months and I am still unable to get the thing to work with my XDA2. Thec retailers (PDAMODS) and O2 have been supportive but I seem to be completely in the cold when trying to get help from Co-Pilot themselves.
Initially I could not load a working system to the XDA2, then I could not get the voice direction to work, and now the software advises me that I am unable to use the system because 'it is already registered to another user'. Hopeless case and i am unable to recommend to anyone using this system until the Co-Pilot customer service improves.

PDA Mods will replace the software for me so no complaint here but what a sad story for Co-Pilot. Be warned. Anybody else with a similar story?

Yes, lots of us have complaints about CoPilot. Evil or Very Mad Read the message I posted here or numerous posts in the CoPilot forum about the routing, poor support and other problems.

If the retailer is going to let you return the software for a refund then I recommend that you accept their offer.

If you want to perservere with it then you could try contacting Dave Burrows (who now works for ALK) and see if he can rattle the cage of the CoPilot support people and get them to help fix your problems. Wink
