Hi

This is my first post, and excuse me for my english, because i´m portuguese Smile

I have a 6031-X7, i use it with a Nokia 6600, but i have some probs

First, it have some lag (about 4/5s), which turns the city driving some dificult.

Second problem, sometimes the time to FIX is enourmous. Sometimes i drive 15/20km with no FIX, others it fixes in about 2/3 minutes.

Third and worst prob is the "jump" that occures sometimes. Especially in fast turns. When i look to the map, i´m not on road, i am offroad. Then slowly, it turns to the road. Sometimes even on a straight road, it occures. The cursor is jumping over the map..

It could be what? Xtract chipset problem? Receiver prob? Phone prob? Confused

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum.

Yes, that sounds like XTrac playing up. Have you tried running the receiver in standard mode?
