I pulled some maps down off the site and have them on my storage card.
When I try to load a map it just runs and runs and does not load.
Any idea why? |

is that with any map or just one particular?
Careful with the loading of all adjacent maps - this can take a tad longer. _________________ Lutz

Lutz,
It's doing it on all maps and if contiguous is turned on or not. I'm not sure if I'm copying them right from my PC to the card.
If I use activesync do I need to turn on "convert" or does it matter? |

No, "convert" needs to be off.
ActiveSync is not sucha good idea for maps (even though the Mapopolis maps are small)
You are much safer to use a card reader to copy maps over. _________________ Lutz

I'd guess one of the maps got corrupted during download. Maybe you find the culprit if you load them one by one. _________________ Lutz

Ok, I checked all the maps and they load fine sepertely. I did notice at one time some had a yellow icon next to them and others blue. After they were loaded for the first time they turned blue.
Anyway, I have 11 counties in my map folder, it won't load. |
