Tomtom, no reply to emails

Do Tomtom EVER reply to emails?
My wife has sent half a dozen over the past month without a single reply except confirmation of receipt.

BTW great job on the website you guys Clap

Thanks TBG! It was hard work getting here, we've still got a quite a lot more to do behind the scenes, we were going to leave it another week but speed just got so bad, we had to do something quickly.

TomTom have always been bad with aftersales/customer support. I did speak with TomTom a number of times and was told in July that Navigator 2 release had swamped them completely and they had just employed 5 new customer support staff to help with backlogs and that this should be resolved going forward......... Obviously not! Grrrr
