|
|
Can anyone tell me if the Garmin 2610 or Mio 168 can accept the Speed Camera Software?
If not. Which OS's do?
I'm trying to decide on a unit that will satisfy biking and car use that will accept Speed Camera Software and give me 2D/3D in landscape.
I can see me ending up with some sort of PDA bundle (iPAQ hx4700 maybe) which I wasn't considering. There must be a reason why dedicate GPS units aren't mentioned much on this forum.
Could it be that a PDA GPS bundle although being more complicated and labor intensive, is just plain better and more versatile?
Will I ever make up my mind?????????????? |

I'm sorry, I meant to write Mio 268 not Mio 168.
Don't know how that effects the equation. |

The Mio268 runs a Mitac branded version of Navigon Mobile Navigator. As such, POI-Warner might work, see www.navigating.de . _________________ Darren Griffin |
