Faulty Fortuna Clip-On

I have had a Fortuna Clip-On for about 8 months and have generally had difficulties in 'seeing' it from my IPAQ 4450. in fact I did post on this site last year and received some info which did help. Generally I have had to search two or three times before the IPAQ finds the Clip-On.

However, the Clip-On is now 'invisible' to the IPAQ and to my Toshiba Laptop. The lights on the Clip-On indicate that it is finding the satellites and has power, but the Blutooth light doesn't wink when trying to find it from either computer and I get an error message saying 'waiting for device - unable to establish a connection'

Appears to me that the Bluetooth functionality is faulty. I have tried removing the battery for a while to allow the unit to reset but this doesn't seem to make any difference.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone have the contact details for Fortunas UK Tech Support?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Having spoken to the supplier of this item it appears that Fortuna shipped a batch of approx 150 units which had BT faults during the early part of last year. These should be replaced under warranty. :D
