Finally got the HP IPAQ RX3715 talking with my DConnex DC-230 !

However, the GPS signal (via Tom Tom 3) seems to be around 500-600 metres behind where I am!

Any ideas to get the signal through quicker so that I can be getting told to take turnings BEFORE I go past them!
