Converting coordinates

I have som koordinates (exsamples):

Longitude: 1852,271
Latitude: 6941,563

Can anyon tell me how I can convert them to coordinates like: 12°34'56'' or 12,3456

Its time to learn something for me...

Have just started using TomTom and needed to convert co-ordinates. Have found a program that appears to do the job and seems to convert anything to anything. If you send me an email will send you the excel spreadsheet that I have found.
