TTM Red Light on BT module

I have a solid red light (left one) on the TT Mobile GPS receiver. The guidance on the TT site says that the right light when Red indicates charging.

It was working fine this morning, but has since gone red and stopped working.

This is on an SPV500 with the Trafic module installed and trial activated.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

I've had a similar problem on the same hardware. You need to reset the GPS unit by fully dsicharging it over night and then recharging it. I think there is some info on tomtom's web site on this problem.
