using crux view guys what should the settings be in protocol

there are options for , GGA , GLL , GSA , GSV , RMC and VTG do i need to push the set nmea update rate if i change anything or the switch to SiRF Binary protocol 38400 bps

using the ipaq compaq 3630 , tad short but nothing serious on mem and plenty of running space , i think the sleeve is on its way out still , it stops and starts when it wants , just messing with crux view to see if things are set right or if i can improve things
