Can anyone please tell me whether the power supply "Y" cable for the Leadtek wired GPS that is designed for the O2 XDA will also supply the newer O2 XDA2?

I've scoured the various web sites and can't come to a clear conclusion....

Some sites suggest that accessories for one model are also compatible with the other, but other sites suggest that they're not 100% compatible...

Yes the XDA and XDAII share the same connector specification Smile

Thanks Darren.
Have now obtained XDA power cable from TDC and can confirm that it works OK on my XDA2, as you suggested it would......

Though how long it lasts is another matter - I'm on my third.
The connector into the XDA2 is flimsy and not up to the job IMO.

Funny that you should post this as my lead broke yesterday! The connector still delivers power to the PDA, but you have to push the connector backwards to make the serial connection work.... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Sad

Unfortunately I thought that the fault was my attempted upgrade of TomTom Navigator from 3.03 to 3.07 and in my desperation to get the PDA working again, I totally rebuilt it!!!! Only when that didn't work did I realise that the connector was floppy and that if I moved it, I started receiving a serial signal.

What a good job that I bought three from TDC at the same time as the price was so good!
