Backing Up & Rrestoring CP5

Saw a post a while back where someone had downloaded Sprite to do their backups.

Yesterday my 2210 battery ran out and CP5 was reinstalled from the CF card but of course it needs a PC/Internet connection through autosynch to confirm licence. So I restored my last backup and shazam! everything works without having to auto synch. Yes I know I still had to plug it into my PC but I wanted to try the restore for the first time to prove my backups were good.

Great product is Sprite Premier. Word of warning, make sure, if you have Spite "basic" in your Win2003 as this entitles you to a $10 price for an upgrade and not what I did by mistake pay $29. I have been trying to get a refund since but I suspect they are not a huge company and are not too bothered although I have reeived a couple of replies its all gone quiet. So tick that upgrade box when you buy
