Tomtom One Problem

Hi,

Should I be worried about my TT1. I brought it from PC World before Christmas and soon after updated to 5.42 and have had no problems what so ever. The other Saturday I was using the TT1 in the car plugged in using the power supply. Got home switched off took unit from the car with a full charged battery. Anyway on Sunday evening I went to switch it on to check a route of a journey on Monday and it would not turn on, whoops I thought I must have left it switched on by mistake and flattened the battery never mind I pop out to the car and plug it in. I did this and it still would not switch on green light came on, on the unit and the charger, but nothing. Went back inside found the box and the receipt ready to take it back. Can’t think why but I stuck a paper clip in the reset button on the bottom and to my surprise the unit fired up full battery and working ok and has done ever since. So should I be worried and try to get it changed or was this just one of those things they do now and again.

Your thoughts please.

My thoughts: Electronic devices supplied with a user-reset feature are thus equipped for a reason... Idea

You sometimes have to reset you PC don't you. Same with TT one's and Go's. After all it is a mini computer.
