Data transfer - Palm to PocketPC

Hi. Not strictly a GPS question but there seem to be a lot of PDA-savvy people here so maybe someone can help.

I've just taken the plunge and bought a Mio 168. I now need to work out a quick and easy way of transferring the Contact and Calender info from my old Palm Pilot (with Palm Desktop software) into PocketPC/Outlook. Is there some sort of conversion utility I can use? The only thing built-in to the various bits of software which is even vaguely suitable seems to be the .csv export from Palm, and .csv import into Outlook - which has all sorts of field-mapping issues associated with it. any suggestions?

Did the Palm Pilot come with software that could sync with outlook?

If it did, can you not syncronise palm calendar with outlook and then load up the Pocket 2003 software, and then configure that to sync with outlook?

Certainly I am a Sony Clie user and that does come with the necessary conduits.
