|

Anyone been in contact with Handnav recently, or had an order fulfilled ?
Placed an order middle of July, still nothing due to 'summer holidays in Sweden'
The brodit bits I ordered were meant to be at the distibutors last Friday, but emails and phones are going unanswered...
Chetan - are you there ?
thanks

I ordered a couple of Brodit Proclips and a set of Brodit Move Clips on 22nd July. Got an e-mail saying they'd been dispached on 24th. They arrived on 27th. Not as fast as I'd have liked, but not too bad I suppose.
However, I ordered another Proclip on 1st August. So far I've only received an e-mail saying they've received my order. It hasn't even been dispached yet. But it has only been 3 days...!!! I hope it arrives before Friday because I'll need it for a trip I'm making on Saturday. _________________ Geraint

I ordered a Brodit mount and pro-clip on Monday last week. Wednesday came and still no money taken from my account so I rang them up, Chetan informed me they were having trouble sourcing a Ford Focus pro-clip, but we're expecting them in 'tommorow' (Thursday). Mount and pro-clip arrived on Saturday morning. _________________ TomTom GO 950 LIVE |

I ordered at the start of last week (actually the weekend), and on Friday I received confirmation of shipping and charge.
However, when the goods hadn't appeared today, I contact Handnav (who answered the phone) and got hold of the tracking number to enter into the website, and then I managed to track down my parcel (it had arrived in the building, but not yet reached me)
I would suggest if it doubt contact Chetan on the phone and at least get the tracking number off him - I agree it would be nice if more companies provided this to you when they confirm shipment as you can then trace the parcel to your door (although the computers are normally a few hours behind in update terms) |

Handnav, like anyone else, do not stock the proclips but get them in to order as there are so many different versions. This means that there will not be next day delivery on these products. They do state 5 days if you call them and it is on their website. |

I appreciate that, but it was well over 5 days, and my more immediate concern was that numerous emails went unanswered and the phone was never picked up
Anyhow, hopefully be with me tomorrow |

Well,
I called Handnav to make sure they had this in stock (Co Pilot 5). Then placed the order over the website (as I mentioned I was about to do to the guy on the phone). Hopefully it'll get dispatched today, and I'll have good news to report back.

Well lucky old you lot !!! :D
Brodit are having real probs with XDA II holders according to an email I received from Chetan this morning
Guess I'll just have to keep the wife in the car holding the XDA at a suitable angle for entire journeys !! |
