what have I done wrong?

I have put Checkpoint on 3 times & deleted 2 of them. However in the PPC program files it shows 3 programs with exclamtion marks on them.Also where do I get the activation code from? Sorry I am a bit lost

Hi.

I think they should disappear if you do a soft reset. If not, explore the relevant menu from your PC via Activesync and delete the surplus ones.

By activation code, I assume you mean for POI Place registration. It's here - http://poiplace.oabsoftware.nl/index.php
