Yeah, there has been a quite heated discussion about this one. Do a search for "M6 toll" and you will find it.

In the meantime, feel free to write to Tom Tom and express you disappointment about this. The more people that complain to them the more they will realise that they have to buck up their ideas.

If you have only just recently brought Tom Tom and you use the M6 quite often then consider returning it as "Not fit for purpose" and get a refund as you are entitled to under Consumer Law. Twisted Evil

I see the new Co Pilot 5 has the M6 Toll Road, this may be an alternative.
