calibrated map with ozi explorer has smaller scale in ozice

I digitalized and calibrated a map in oziexplorer.
I have a 1% error in distances on the map.
Then i converted to oziexplorer ce and the scale is completly wrong.
700 meters on the map appear has 1 km on ozi scale

Any ideas?

hmm.. maybe a mixup of metric and english units?

Has far as I can tell, everything is in meters.

Could I have missed some configuration?
