iPAQ 2210 screen cover to cut down glare

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I'm going to ask anyway

I'm running TomTom Navigatror 3 on an iPAQ 2210, and it's great. One problem I do have though is the glare on the screen when it's very sunny. This isn't helped by the fact that I'm using the TomTom car mount, which mounts on the windcreen, meaning that it's fairly high up and prone to glare. I prefer this layout though because it means I don't have to take my eyes too far of the road when checking the map.

Does anyone know of a good screen cover to cut down the glare - one that's not so thick that it reduces the touch-screen sensitivity?

Most screen protectors won't cut down the glare that much. The main problem is that having the PPC high up on the dashboard/windscreen, it receives more light and this will white out/black out the screen more. You may be able to cut down on the glare a little, but the best way to do this is to go down to a vent mount. It means you won't have it in your field of view, but it will resolve the problems you are experiencing.
