PDA and car charger

Hi All,

I bought a car charher for the PDA LOOX 600 with this specification:
Input - 12-24v
Output - 5v-5.2v
Output current - 850mA

The PDA Loox 600 has an output current of 2.4A. The car charger output current is 850mA.
I think it shouldn't be enough to charge the loox when it's connected to the GPS via bluetooth
Did someone misured the output current of one PDA?

It does not matter too much what the current is as long as the voltage is correct.

The PDA can be charged from PC USB port which outputs maximum of 500mA so 850mA is more than adequate.

It only means that it will take longer to charge than using the original AC adapter.
