Could anyone confirm if the Andriod CamAlert app has the UK and EU speed cam database?
If it does how does one change to the Klms when driving in the EU?
Thanks |

Mine does, and it changes automatically when in France (only place abroad I've used it) _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

Hi Spikeyman,
The CamerAlert app (for both Android and iOS) uses the PGPSW camera database and has worldwide coverage across the UK, Europe, America, Canada, Africa, Asia, and Australasia.
The database for CamerAlert contains the speed as just integer numbers which relate to the numbers that you see in speed limit signs in each country. So, in countries where the unit is miles the speed will be in MPH and in countries where the unit is kilometers the speed will be in km/h.
All you need to do is ensure that you set CamerAlert to the correct unit for the country that you're currently in:
Settings | Unit of measure (mi or km)
