This model updates by wi-fi. The last update installed new map ok but failed on the camera update. Message update failed then went to your device is up to date but cameras are now not shown.
Is there anyway to force another update to try reloading camera database?
By the way My Drive Connect will not allow me to connect to device.

Yes, that model normally does its updating using WiFi but you can also update using the usb cable that came with the device and MyDriveConnect running BUT minimized.
