First download the speed camera database following this linkhttp://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=60
You need to unzip this file, then copy the two files which are not excel spread sheets (POI Binary OVS, and Bitmap image BMP) into your folder where you saved your map (usually your storage card).
Once these are copied, open TT and in the properties screen under POI you will find pocketgps UK sc listed, just tick in the box and you wil be able to see the cameras in Navigator.
Install Checkpoint from the previous link, and set up the parameters within Checkpoint to monitor the Speed Camera Database. It is a fairly easy install and an intuitive piece of software to follow.
A further piece of software you may want to get is POI Edit http://www.dnote.nl/pda/poi/PoiEdit/downloads.htm this software allows you to sync your POI automatically, and saves you having to copy the files to your storage card manually. |

The xls file is for use with CoPilot software, and the csv file is for use with Autoroute/MapPoint software.
Don't really understand what you mean in the second part of your question, however if you follow this link http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/tomtompoi.php you will see under United Kingdom more than 100 POI to choose from that you can use. |
