Caveat
I have not visited these locations. I have used Google Earth for the details and to determine the best (i.e. most accurate) location for the POI, which is not always apparent and therefore there may be errors. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the POIs are correct please be aware that there may be errors so check before using. Just because the hotels are listed doesn’t mean that they are recommended in any way. New hotels may appear and some hotels may be removed.
These POIs are for Disney (own and "neighbor") hotels only. For the Disney theme park locations you will need another set of POIs. You will need the category Attraction and its sub-category Theme Park.
If you find any error then please submit a correction.
What is meant by "accurate"?
When you use your SatNav to navigate to a location you want the SatNav to take you right to the place within the hotel complex that you need to aim for when you first arrive, i.e. the main entrance, reception area, underground car park entrance, etc. When you know that your SatNav is taking you right there, you can concentrate on driving in an unfamiliar area which may not only be a foreign country with different rules of the road but also a country which drives on the other side of the road.
What sources were used for collecting the POIs?
Disney’s own websites to list the hotels and also Google Earth for the details and locations.
How can I use the POIs that have already been submitted?
Go to the PocketGPSWorld Points of Interest Community Page and read the instructions for downloading the POIs to your SatNav. Don’t forget to set the country to the appropriate one, Category to “Accommodation” and sub-category to “Disney Hotel”.
Alternatively if you have a SatNav application on either an Android or iPhone, go to the PocketGPSWorld Mobile POI site and use it to navigate to the hotel of your choice using any of the SatNav apps that are listed which you have installed on your phone.
How do I submit a new hotel or amend the details of an existing one?
Read the Submission Guidelines, make a note of the hotel name and telephone number (it helps if you put them in a text file so that you can Cut & Paste them later). Go to the PocketGPSWorld POI Submission Form and use the map and/or satellite imagery to find the location – you can use zoom to its maximum setting to ensure that you have the exact location. Ensure that you’ve selected the correct country, Accommodation as the category, and Disney Hotel as the sub-category. To modify or remove an existing POI click on it and then choose either [edit this poi] or [request removal].

In the above post, I wrote "For the Disney theme park locations you will need another set of POIs. You will need the category Attraction and its sub-category Theme Park.". I've just noticed that there weren't any Disney car parks or pedestrian entrances shown for Disneyland California. So to remedy that issue I have just added the Toy Story Parking Area and the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure car parks (paring lots) with main vehicle entrances as well as the pedestrian entrance:
