use the PocketMVP player. http://home.adelphia.net/~mdukette/downloads.html

If you want to format the movies for the smaller screen, use VirtualDub. There you can also reduce the frame rate, and put the sound to Mono if you want. This will allow you to put one hour of movie onto a 64MB card
