Hello,
Just wondered if anybody Knows if there mounting ball is the same size on all models ?
The reason I ask is because a friend of mine has just bought the garmin dash-cam 35 and would like to buy a friction mount or a suction one instead of the fixed one which is supplied.

Always been the same size on the devices I've had.
Of all the various mounts this one is my favourite. The quick release mechanism makes it perfect for parking.

I prefer my "beanbag" type mounting.
The suction mounts fall off, and I don't like the thought of permanently sticking a mount to my dashboard.

Thanks for all the replies, I will pass it on to him, I did think that there were all the same size myself. |
