Could somebody please tell me how to delete/get rid of a voice that I didn't even download? ?She is driving me insane. Thanks.

What app and what does "She'sthe 'Settings' mean? Even expanded to "She's the 'Settings'" doesn't make sense to me Confused

Sygic V 15.0.9
I go into Settings
'Voice and Notifications'
'Voice English UK'
I click on it, which shows three voices, with 'Emma' ticked
How do I untick her and shut her up ?

Tick one of the other ones?? Or do you want to bin all the directions etc. voices permanently? If the latter, you could try renaming the 'Sygic\RES\voices' folder (rename rather than delete so that you can reinstate them if it goes base over apex). Its location depends on your version of Android. Incidentally, you did download them with Sygic.

Tx. I have never, ever, had or wanted voices, whether my TomTom in the old days, or my current CoPilot or Sygic.
All I did was buy a new phone and reactivate my account with Sygic, and follow the instructions. And I can't get rid of their Premium Expired note etc., I keep trying to delete the Unlock premium feature notice, permanently, but its always there, every time I power back on.Very annoying, when everything was fine before.
The other two voices shown are,
English uk System, and
English us System, whatever they are supposed to mean.
