For those interested Garmin have just loaded CN EU 2015.40 onto the servers, so should be released shortly.

Latest on the Garmin forums from one of their 'Subject Matter Experts' is that release will be in first week of March ...

No sign yet of the CN NA maps on the servers even, so given that update was due mid Feb it will be really late!

That`s a month now and still no update. How long can it take from getting it on the servers till it`s ready for download ? Just seems like a big deal to me.

As I posted it's due this week. Better they ensure the map is correct rather than release it before it's fully checked.

Latest is that it will be out on Wednesday. The delay is apparently due to a problem with the POIs.

I'd been informed that it was an issue to do with a "new" layer of data not integrating with the existing files - perhaps this relates to a major update of the POI database.

Apparently they've had to update files twice but still not fixed.

Mines is just downloading new map now. I've noticed express detected my sd card and said it will install new map there.

Same here - Downloading.....

It does seem to recognise the Micro SD card for the first time - last 3 installs have all said there wasn't enough room on an 8Gb card!
